Ultrasonic food cutting is undoubtedly one of the most effective production processes for high production flow options. It has the advantage that by using the ultrasonic cutting blade "horn", it is subjected to a vibration of 20Khz; and therefore it does not allow the product to stick to it, allowing sharp cuts to be made and minimum thickness.
