Presses  -D Series-

The D Series offers up to 6 different press models designed to cover all the different application requirements for the industry:

– The basic models, based on compact DBC type generators with a simple interface concept and basic welding process control, are ideal for those applications that do not require very precise controls, without compromising the reliability and repeatability of the processes.

Prensa

– The more advanced models, based on Rack 19 “type generators, for mid-range DB type presses and advanced range DI type presses.
They have a capacity to store up to ten different programs on their memory, each with the specific data of the piece, horn number, booster ratio, date, and power graph and fixed and variable welding parameters, the latter are reviewed at each weld cycle allowing a deviation of a programmable percentage of between 0% and 100%.

The access to the programming menus and machine parameters can be restricted by passwords, avoiding possible manipulations of programs.

Generators with a DB microprocessor model:

Two modes are available:
– TIME and ENERGY.
Each with two ultrasonic discharge systems:
– TIME and PRESSURE.
TIME mode: Where the reference value is the welding time, repeated during all the welding cycles and the variable parameters and the energy and maximum power.
POWER Mode: Where the reference value is the energy consumed by the welding, and the variable parameters are time and maximum power.
The pressure at the time of the ultrasonic discharge is also controlled by the microprocessor, whereas the welding pressure must be controlled by pressure regulator and manometer.

Generators with a DI microprocessor model:

Four modes are available:
– TIME, ENERGY, MEASUREMENT AND ABSOLUTE MEASUREMENT
Each with two ultrasonic discharge systems:
– TIME and PRESSURE.
Except the MEASUREMENT mode, which is only possible to start by pressure:
TIME MODE: Where the reference value is the welding time, repeated during all the welding cycles, and the variable parameters are the energy and maximum power and the measurements or run.
POWER MODE: Where the reference value is the energy consumed by the welding, and the variable parameters are time and maximum power and the measurement or run.
MEASUREMENT MODE: Where the reference value is the penetration of the weld during the thermoplastic fusion and the variable parameters are time, energy and maximum power.
ABSOLUTE MEASUREMENT MODE: Where the reference value is the run or absolute position of the welding head from the beginning of its movement until the end of the weld, which ensures that all parts after processing measure the same, and that the variable parameters are time, energy and maximum power.
